Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2020 in Civil Case No. 09-007925-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004SLA is the Plaintiff, and GREGORY D. MILLER; ESTATE OF SUZANNE P. MILLER; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE, PARTIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIM BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SUZANNE MILLER; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 15, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCKS NO. 8, EDGEWATER SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
