NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2026, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 25-004305-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and LEROY CRYOSKIE, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LEROY CRYOSKIE A/K/A LEROY FRANCIS CRYOSKIE A/K/A LEROY F. CRYOSKIE, DECEASED, CELIA MAY KELLY A/K/A CELIA M. KELLY, STEPHEN LEE CRYOSKIE, LEE CRYOSKIE SCHMIDT and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants.
