NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2026 and Order on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Reset Sale dated July 28, 2026 and entered in Case No. 482025CA010659A001OX of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein LIGHTHOUSE GLOBAL INVESTMENTS INC., a Florida corporation; and JB GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited company, is the Plaintiff(s) and AWESOME LAND PRESCHOOL ACADEMY INC., a Florida corporation, NIKI A ORLANDO PRIVATE SCHOOL INC., a Florida corporation; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11 :00 a.m. on the 1 day of September, 2026 at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
