Pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment entered on July 22, 2026, in Collier County, Case No. 26-CA-667 styled Exchange Avenue, LLC, a Florida limited liability company v. CMR Construction & Roofing, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and Steven M. Soule, Defendants, Exchange Avenue, LLC hereby gives notice that it will, beginning on August 10, 2026 and continuing from day to day thereafter as may be necessary, offer for sale and sell the following described equipment and materials (“collectively “Personal Property”) owned by CMR Construction & Roofing, LLC to satisfy the Stipulated Judgment amount owed to Exchange Avenue LLC:
• Roper Whitney Metal Cutter – Model 10M14 – Serial No. 1837-6-18.
• Roper Whitney Metal Bender – Model AR1014 – Serial No. 365-07-18.
• 37’ Sierra Forest Rive 5th Wheel Camper with Vin No. 4X4FSEK26AJ035342.
• Assorted Roofing Materials, including underlayment membrane, shingles, insulation, skylights, nails, screws, vents, caulk, sealant, adhesive.
• Storage shelving and racks.
• Assorted Office Furniture, including desks, chairs, loveseat, filing cabinets, desk phones, miscellaneous office supplies.
• Television(s).
• Assorted Small Appliances, including microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot.
The Personal Property offered for sale is situated at 3927 Exchange Avenue, Naples, Florida 34104 and the sale will be at the same location.
