NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 17, 2026, entered in Case No.: 2018CA003716AX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein are the Defendants, MICHAEL D. FESER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL D. FESER, AGNESE FESER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AGNESE FESER, CESAR FERNANDES, INTERNAC, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, INTERNAC, INC, A DISSOLVED GEORGIA CORPORATION,UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, that the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, Florida, shall sell the subject property at public sale on August 19, 2026 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 13, conducted electronically online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.
