Torrealba Camacho; Legacy Landings Homeowners Association, Inc.; Maria Laura Diaz Luzardo a/k/a Maria L. Diaz Luzardo; Tibisay Josefina Camacho De Torrealba a/k/a Tibisay J. Camacho De Torrealba; Unknown Spouse of Tibisay Josefina Camacho De Torrealba a/k/a Tibisay J. Camacho De Torrealba are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, LEGACY LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 189, PAGE(S) 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
