LOTS 19007 AND 19008, AND THE ADJOINING ONE HALF (1/2) OF LOT 19009 ADJOINING SAID LOT 19008, UNIT 71, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Dylan R. Shea, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 13102 Palm Beach Blvd Ste E, Fort Myers, FL 33905, and file the original with this Court either before 8-31-2026 or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
