FIRST INSERTION
The Pasco County Building Construction Services hereby gives notice of the County’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located within the New River Watershed (North of State Road 54 & River Glen Blvd). Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along several unnamed wetland and ponding areas, including, but not limited to W57A, W57B, W57C, W57D, W25C, W27A, ND_PE2_PONDA, ND_PE2_PONDB, ND_PE2_PONDC, ND_PE2_PONDD, ND_PE2_PONDE,. These revisions are in a constructed residential neighborhood named Avalon Park West and revised areas that have been altered, such as associated stormwater ponds and the surrounding wetlands.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
