LOT 193, VETERANS VILLAS PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND CORRECTED BY SURVEYOR’S AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1152, PAGE 1066 AND 1067, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
