NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT
PANTHER TRAILS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Panther Trails Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to implement revised General Rules of Procedure and its Amenity Center Rules (“Rules”) pursuant to Sections 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended. The purpose and effect of the amendments are to update the Rules to address revisions necessary for the efficient operation of the District. Specific legal authority for any rate amendments includes Sections 120.54, 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended and applicable.

A public hearing will be conducted by the District on September 10, 2026, during a regular meeting of the District Board of Supervisors beginning at 5:30 PM. All meetings (and the public hearing) will occur at 11796 Ekker Road, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.

The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the District Board of Supervisors on the record without additional publication of notice.
