YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Order Appointing Carol D. Colombo as Trustee of the JOSEPH S. MAKARA TRUST, dated 5/8/1997, as amended and restated has been filed with this Court. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the Petitioner’s attorney, whose name and address are MISA A. EVERIST, ESQ. of BASKIN EISEL RIGHTMYER, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, 450 Carillon Pkwy, Suite 150, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716, on or before 09/04/26, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
