THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS HOME 101-L OF ASHTON OAKS ARE RIVER HALL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000460705 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
