NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2026 in Case No. 25-CA-006178 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and WALLACE CARRINGTON BROOKS JR; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIERIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TIM BROOKS, DECEASED, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on AUGUST 20, 2026. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 13, OF SABAL SPRINGS GOLF AND RACQUET CLUB, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3915 SABAL SPRINGS BLVD, NORTH FORT MYERS, FL 33917.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
