NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-006340 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Brandi Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 17 day of September, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 3243, Cape Coral Subdivision, Unit 66, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 2 through 26, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
