NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-005368 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and MERLINE LORDEUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MERLINE LORDEUS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KETLI FRANCOIS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 27th day of August, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 28, UNIT 2, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 65,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
