To: Margrete Anis a/k/a Margarete Anis, Margarita Anis, Margrete Wagner and all parties claiming interests by, through, under, or against Margrete Anis a/k/a Margarete Anis, Margarita Anis, Margrete Wagner, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described.
You are hereby notified that a Verified Petition to Establish Presumption of Death and for Summary Administration (Intestate) has been filed in the Estate of Margrete Anis, Case No. 25-CP-003691, in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida.
The Petitioner, May Anis, seeks an order determining that Margrete Anis a/k/a Margarete Anis, Margarita Anis, Margrete Wagner is presumed deceased as of December 31, 2002, in order to proceed with the administration of her Florida estate, and to permit distribution of her Florida asset to her heirs.
The Estate consists of the following property:
Undivided fifty percent (50%) tenant-in-common interest in real property located at 2530 Nelson Road North, Cape Coral, Florida 33993, in Lee County, Florida, with an estimated value of $31,897.00, with the following legal description:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 2990A, Unit 43, Part – Cape Coral, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 48–57, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jesus O.
Valentino, Esq., of Free Will Lawyer Jesus Valentino PA, the attorney for Petitioner May Anis, whose address is 2385 NW Executive Center Drive, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431, on or before September 14, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on the Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Copies of all documents related to this case, including court orders, are available at the Clerk’s office. You may request to view these documents at any time.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court office notified of your current address. You may file a Designation of Current Mailing and E-Mail Address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-mailed to the addresses on record at the Clerk’s office.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS
