NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 18-002258-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Kendra Major, Kesha M. Flantroy, United States of America, Department of Treasury, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Robert Flantroy, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Jay Green, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the August 27, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 34, BARRYS HILLSIDE HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
