Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 8, 2026, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit/Lot No. 12 of OASIS MOBILE PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8941, Page 2076, and as amended in Official Records Book 14994, Page 1144, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on March 14, 2013 in Book 17924, Page 1414, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida along with the accompanying membership certificate/share.
TOGETHER WITH, a 1992 CARR doublewide mobile home having vehicle identification numbers of FLFLN70A1998C5 and FLFLN70B1998C5, same being permanently attached thereto.
The subject lot also commonly referenced as 12766 SEMINOLE BLVD., LOT #12, LARGO, FLORIDA 33778 is part of the cooperative property owned by Plaintiff with only the right to the use and not ownership.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 27, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
