NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Commercial Mortgage, for Money Damages and for Other Relief (the “Final Judgment”) entered on May 21st, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-008432-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NEWTEK SMALL BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ZEIGLER CONCRETE REINFORCING, INC., PAMELA J. ZEIGLER and HARRY ZEIGLER are the Defendants, that TIFFANY RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale by electronic sale on July 14th, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online foreclosure sales, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 33, Rocket City, Unit 4 n/k/a Cape Orlando Estates Unit 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Z, Page 74, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
