PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oakland Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.. The public hearing will be held at Town Hall at 221 N. Arrington Street, Oakland, FL 34760
The purpose of the public meeting is for the Planning & Zoning Board to review and make a recommendation to the Town Commission on the First Amendment to the Briley Farm Phase 1 Planned Development and Development Agreement. The first amendment proposes increasing the number of residential lots from 54 to 55 lots and amending the Briley Farm Pattern Book to include the additional lot as Lot Type D. No other changes to the project are proposed.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Copies of the application and related materials are available for public inspection at Town Hall during regular business hours.
