NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 22, 2026 in Case No. 25001092CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and PADMINI SOOKNANAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PADMINI SOOKNANAN, and FIFTH THIRD BANK, N.A., are Defendants, the Office of Roger D. Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
