Hayes, Jr.; Riviera Community Association, Inc.; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Veronica S. Del Prete, Deceased are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
