NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-2240 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of June 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 36, Cypress Woods Estates, Plat #2 according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 30, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and that portion of vacated 12th Street North as described in Resolution No. 2000-74 recorded in Official Records 2658 page 1273, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
