PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2025, a petition was filed commencing an assignment for the benefit of creditors pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by Bauer Crop Company, LLC, assignor, with a principal place of business at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, #74E, Miami, FL 33131 to Philip J. von Kahle, assignee, whose address is 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. Pursuant to Fla. Stat., § 727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the assignee except as provided in Chapter 727 of the Florida Statutes, and except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in respect of any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding you must complete a proof of claim and deliver it to the Assignee no later than September 23, 2026 (120 days from the date the Petition was filed), through one of the following three methods:
