BUTTERFIELD of POLK County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on June 29, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 19, KRENSON BAY, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 183, Page 39, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
