NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 28, 2026, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2025CA006506 NC, wherein ATHENE ANNUITY AND LIFE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and ALICIA K. GASTON, GARRY C. GASTON, AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK, HOMETAP HEI FUND IV SPV II, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and TATUM RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
