NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2026, entered in Case No. : 25-CA-009645 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAY HILLS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF RUTH ANN STEPHENS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH ANN STEPHENS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RUTH ANN STEPHENS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, are the Defendants, Victor D. Crist, Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of July, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
