NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 1, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-004197, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MELISSA A. NORRIS; ROBERT MARVIN OTWELL JR; SOUTHSHORE ROOFING & EXTERIORS; MIRABAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHASE NORRIS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 29, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 40, MIRABAY PHASE 3C-1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 164 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
