NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT
HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Harbor Bay Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to implement revised General Rules of Procedure as well as potential Golf Cart/LSV rules/procedures (collectively “Rules”) pursuant to Sections 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended. The purpose and effect of the amendments are to update and potentially create new Rules to address revisions necessary for the efficient operation of the District. Specific legal authority for any rate amendments includes Sections 120.54, 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended and applicable.

A public hearing will be conducted by the District on July 16, 2026, during a regular meeting of the District Board of Supervisors beginning at 6:00 PM. All meetings (and the public hearing) will occur at the Mira Bay Clubhouse Lagoon Room, 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.

Any person desiring a copy of the preliminary draft of the amendments and proposed rules/policies may promptly obtain a copy, without cost, by contacting the District Manager, Lynn Hayes, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614, Telephone: 813-994-1001.

The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the District Board of Supervisors on the record without additional publication of notice.
