NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 36-2025-CA-004347 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CMG Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Michele Schochet; Unknown Spouse of Michele Schochet; Marina South Shore Condominium Association, Inc.; Punta Gorda Isles, Section 22 Homeowners’ Association, Inc. a/k/a Punta Gorda Isles, Section 22 Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 41-B, MARINA SOUTH SHORE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1432, PAGE 278, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 160 THROUGH 166, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
