NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-006042 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Aurelio Ernesto Saucedo; Lee County, Florida; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Blanca Alicia Hernandez a/k/a Blanca A. Hernandez are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 25, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 15, BLOCK 20, UNIT 5, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
