Ishaq a/k/a Abdul Mumin Ishaq; Nicole M. Ishaq f/k/a Nicole Marie Ortiz; Unknown Spouse of Douglas Magomo are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, PLAT OF UNIT 1, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 128 AND 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
