NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2026, and entered in 25-CA-001970 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GOLDFISH CAPITAL LLC is the Plaintiff and PRO BUILDERS PLUS LLC, and RAYMOND R. SUPRENARD, et al, are the Defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on July 9th, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A tract or parcel of land being a part of Lot 4, Black “A”, Hendry Creek Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 31, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, said tract or parcel is further described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence run along a curve to the left and along the
Northerly line of said Lot 4, for 51.84 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 4; thence run South 21 degree 37 feet 42 inches East, along the Easterly line of aid Lot 4 for 270.00 feet; thence South 40 degree 10 feet 30 inches West, for 94.98 feet; thence run South 11 degrees 44 feet 06 inches West, for 26 feet more or less to the shore line of the East Fork of the Hendry Creek; thence run Northwesterly along the meanders of said shore line to its intersection with the Westerly line of Lot 4; thence run North 05 degree 07 feet 42 inches West, along said Westerly line for 325 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
