NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2026 nunc pro tunc May 21, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-006205 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN IT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR CHNGE MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-4, Plaintiff, and AMANDA BOOTS A/K/A AMANDA A. BOOTS; THE VILLAGE OF CEDARBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A PARKER LINGELBACH, are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
