TRIPPANY, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 5, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5208 25TH STREET SW, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33973 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
