NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-006939 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Jake Koefoed Romer, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the June 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block 19, San Carlos Park North Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 16, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
