NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 9, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-005725 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is Plaintiff and Lacy J Smith a/k/a Lacy Smith a/k/a Lacy J Kay, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the June 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
East 1/2 of Lot 1, Block 27, Unit 7, Lehigh Acres, Section 35, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 52, and Deed Book 254, Page 30, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
