NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Default Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2026 entered in Case 25-006433-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein KDB INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and J&B TERRA CAPITAL, LLC, Florida limited liability company, CAPITAL OPPORTUNITY GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 30 day of July, 2026 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
