NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2025 and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 12, 2026 entered in Case No. 24-00087-CI of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE RACQUET CLUB NORTHEAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and STEPHEN M. STOLTZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN M. STOLTZ, and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of June, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
