NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated May 20, 2026, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 25-003341-CI, wherein J.P. MORGAN ACQUISITION CORP. is the Plaintiff, and SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and JUAN ZAYAS are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 08, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Other Relief, to wit:
