NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Corrected Alias Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Citrus County, Florida, on the 30th day of April A.D., 2026, in the cause wherein, Lutz American, LLC, was plaintiff(s) and China First Buffet at Lutz, Inc., and Jing Lin, were defendant(s), being Case No. 2012-CA-25 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Jing Lin, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
