NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-001577-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL WILLIAM ROPER; CHLOE SAGE ROPER; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 30, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 65 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, TWO LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
