Lot 355, Seventh Addition to Fairway Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, pages 47 and 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Parcel Identification No. 14-28-15-27324-000-3550.
This action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled Kellie Beck Honeycutt, Plaintiff, v. Michele Andrews, Frederick Bearden, Cara Costigan, Samuel C. Smith, Bryan R. Smith, Jr., Jacqueline L. Smith Altman, Joseph N. Smith, Jr., Kimberly L. Allen, Robert B. This action was filed against you and is pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida. You are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William Rambaum, Esq., PLG Law, 3684 Tampa Road, Suite 2, Oldsmar, Florida 34677 and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before (which is 45 days from the first publication), otherwise a Default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer with the first publication occurring on June 5, 2026.
