NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 20, 2026, in Case No. 25-000097-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Southern Flipco Financial, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Crooked Pine Investments LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, City of St. Petersburg, Florida, USA 10 LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, Phimagham Premkanth, as Trustee of the Phimagham Premkanth Irrevocable Trust, and Roger Hanchack a/k/a Roger Hanchak are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 8, 2026, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
