LISA G. HARTLEY and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HOLIDAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 125 of Holiday Village, a cooperative, as described in that certain Master Copy of Proprietary Lease Agreement on record in the Official Records Book of Pinellas County, Florida in O.R. Book 5707, Page 1379 through 1387, subsequently amended in O.R. Book 8924, Page 1333, and further amended in O.R. Book 8997, Page 1140, and that certain Notice of Proprietary Lease recorded on the 4th day of December, 1984, in O.R. Book 5889, Page 448, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, which has an expiration date of February 13, 2083. With the following street address: 6580 Seminole Blvd., Lot # 125, Seminole, FL 33772
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
