NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-009922-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST IX-B , is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES GRANTEES ASSIGNEES LIENORS CREDITORS AND TRUSTEES OF DANIELA J DEGREGORIO, DECEASED; WALTER DEGREGORIO AS KNOWN HEIR OF DANIELA J DEGREGORIO; CARLOS ALBERTO AS KNOWN HEIR OF DANIELA J DEGREGORIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER DEGREGORIO, are Defendants.
