NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Development Review Board, serving as the Town’s Local Planning Agency, and the Town Council of the Town of Windermere, Florida will hold public hearings to consider a proposed Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 618 Ridgewood Drive, as more specifically described below.

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
The purpose of these public hearings is to consider a Small Scale Future Land Use
Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 618 Ridgewood Drive.
Proposed Changes:
- Amend the Future Land Use Classification of the property located at 618
Ridgwood Drive from Agriculture to Residential
- Amend the Zoning District of the property located at 618 Ridgewood Drive from
Agriculture to Residential
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
All interested parties are invited to appear at the public hearings and be heard regarding the proposed amendment. A copy of the proposed comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning may be obtained from and written comments may be submitted prior to the hearings to:

APPEAL NOTICE
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Development Review Board or the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at these hearings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
