NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 28, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-011063-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HAYDEE G. REY, DECEASED AND THE ESTATE OF HAYDEE G REY, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on July 2, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, TINDARO PINE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN RADIALLY SOUTH 00°52`11” EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE RIGHT OF WAY OF TINO COURT; SAID POINT BEING A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID RIGHT OF WAY 25.91 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 29°41`11” TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 27°10`56” WEST 38.99 FEET; THENCE NORTH 12°56`00” WEST 73.23 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE NORTH 89°07`49” EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE 57.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
