NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 19, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-005353-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and ALLY GRACE Z. ALMAZAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLY GRACE Z. ALMAZAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on July 7, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
