BENCSIK; ET. A are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 8th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
