NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 25000598CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein SNYDER REAL ESTATE, LLC is the Plaintiff and EDWARD S. BENCSIK; ET. A are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 8th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 216, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 8, as per the Plat thereof at Plat Book 4, Pages 16A-16Y and 16-Z-1 thru 16-Z-7 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
